Central Heating and Cooling

The house has an energy efficient heat pump which provides the heating and cooling via radiators in each room.

Garden Produce

Guests are welcome to help themselves to any ripe fruit or vegetables on the property. The figs are delicious and, depending on the shifting climate, are normally in abundance during July to September.

TV and Audio

You are welcome to use the Smart TV and log into your own Netflix or other services. You can also connect your own music to our Sonos home audio system which can also play music in the terrace and BBQ area.

Free Wi-Fi

We have a good wi-fi connection at the house and also have a high speed LAN network useful for professional video calls.

Office Desk

By request the desk in Bedroom 2 can be equipped with up to 2 monitors, keyboard, erganomic mouse, ergonomic chair, and docking station.

Parking and EV Charging

There is ample parking available at the villa as well as an Electric Vehicle charge point for your use.
